The show I want to attend is now listed as postponed or rescheduled. What do I do?
If your show has been listed as postponed, hang on to your ticket for now. All tickets purchased for shows that are listed as postponed or rescheduled will be honored at their new date if/when it is announced. The show is not cancelled until it is listed as cancelled.

You can request a refund at your point of purchase. Please see below:
- If the show is presented by First Avenue, please contact either etix at 1-800-514-3849 or support.etix.com, or AXS at support.axs.com.
- If the show is presented by Live Nation and you purchased the ticket ONLINE, please contact Ticketmaster.
- If the show is presented by Leo Presents and you purchased the ticket ONLINE, please contact LeoPresents.com.
- If the show is presented by Amsterdam and you purchased the ticket ONLINE, please contact Brenda via email.

Please note that physical tickets are only available for First Avenue presents shows.
